You can only send 1 first message to other users, until they decide to respond you. The response is the acceptance to become contacts, which means that both of you are interested in each other, and now you can message and communicate freely.

If you want to stand out, improving your odds of getting messages or responses, complete your profile and add some nice photos.

You can totally personalize your experience by selecting your preferences, and by answering some quick matching questions. This way not only you’ll get better and more matches, but you’ll also rank higher in the match results of other users!
